3. Authorization Letter on company letterhead

   • Should include:

     • Name & designation of the signatory

     • Purpose of DSC

     • Authorized person’s email ID and mobile

     • Company seal & authorized signatory’s signature

4. ID Proof of Authorized Signatory

   • PAN card (mandatory)

5. Address Proof of Authorized Signatory

   • Aadhaar Card or Passport/Voter ID

6. Active Email ID & Mobile Number of Authorized Signatory

7. Photograph of Authorized Signatory (soft copy)

✅ For DGFT DSC (Import/Export Purpose)

1. PAN Card (Individual + Organization)

2. Aadhaar Card of Authorized Signatory

3. IEC Certificate (Import Export Code issued by DGFT)

4. Authorization Letter (signed by head of organization)

5. Company PAN Card

6. GST Certificate / Incorporation Certificate

7. Photograph, Email, and Mobile Number of the Authorized Signatory

8. KYC Verification (OTP + Video recording)

📌 Additional Notes:

• All documents should be scanned clearly in PDF or JPEG format.

• For paperless DSC, Aadhaar-based eKYC with OTP is mandatory.

• For companies, the authorization letter must be on official letterhead.

• Some providers may ask for self-attested copies of documents.

• For foreign nationals, passport and address proof with notarization may be required.
